'They fully embraced this': Bengals fans use Irish dance to showcase game day spirit

Bengals fans are using their musical talents to showcase their game-day spirit ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday. Many fans have uploaded videos to social media of themselves singing and dancing in honor of their team.

Madeline Duckworth, a teacher at McGing Irish Dancers, shared a video of her class dancing along to "Welcome to the Jungle."

The students, ages 10 to 14, are decked out in orange and black as they perform the specially choreographed routine. Two students started the dance by using a football to mimic kickoff, followed by the rest running out onto the dance floor from behind a curtain of orange and black streamers.

"They had so much fun doing it. They absolutely loved it," Duckworth said.

Monday began Bengals week at the dance school, and each class had the opportunity to pick a song and choreograph a special routine in celebration of Sunday's game.

Duckworth said the excitement over the Super Bowl can be felt in each class.

"They fully embraced this, and the city has too. It's fun to see kids so excited about the Bengals and the energy behind the Bengals," Duckworth said.
