French Bulldog's Tender Friendship with Toddler Is Making People Melt
It's clear the child and pup are the best of friends.
We've all heard the saying 'dogs are a man's best friend,' but this precious French Bulldog is actually a boy's best friend! As the pup keeps her little buddy company--in return for some petting, of course--the toddler just can't keep himself from showing how much he loves her.
TikTok user @sophmac98 is the mom of 2 kids and 3 fur babies, so we bet she nearly melted at this precious interaction between her toddler son and their Frenchie. We don't even know this family personally and our hearts are about to burst!

Aww! We can't get enough of this Frenchie and her lil' guy! Clearly, the bond between the two of them isn't going anywhere anytime soon. It's just the sweetest thing!
"Just precious...a boy and his dog," @lovesallthedogs commented on the video. "Best friends for LIFE." We bet you're right about that! The way the pup leans on the boy for cuddles is so full of trust and love.
Frenchie owners certainly aren't surprised to see this dog acting so sweet. @Samibeau said, "beautiful-- my Frenchie is the same with kids. They are very loving fur babies. This just melts my heart." You certainly aren't the only one under her spell!
"Omg this melts my heart," wrote @francescalee09. "Frenchies are just the best." Aren't they? In addition to having great temperaments and fun-loving personalities, this breed is adorable AF. No wonder they're one of America's most popular dog breeds! There's just so much to love.
