Wendy's has always offered fun in-app deals to their loyal fans, and now, for the month of May, you can score a spicy chicken sandwich totally free.
To claim this offer, you'll have to download the Wendy's app on your phone if you don't already have it installed. Once you open the app, there's an "Offers" tab that you should click on. This is where you can see what offers are available from time to time—things like free nuggets or Frostys pop up often if you keep your eyes peeled.
Currently, the offer in the app is for a spicy chicken sandwich with any purchase. That means you can buy just an order of small fries or a drink and redeem this offer if you have the app. The promotion ends on May 23, and it looks like you can only redeem one free sandwich per week, so there goes my plan to survive off nothing but Wendy's chicken sandwiches for the next 18 days!
If you're not much of a chicken sandwich person and want to wait it out for a free hamburger offer from Wendy's, that probably won't be happening any time soon, unfortunately. Wendy's is seemingly experiencing temporary beef shortages due to the current supply chain issues. So for now, we shall feast on free chicken sandwiches and support our local Wendy's joint.
