Jacky Oh, a former cast member of Nick Cannon’s “Wild N Out,” has died at the age of 32.

A BET Media Group spokesperson confirmed the sad news about the mother of three born Jacklyn Smith in Oakland, California, but provided few details.

“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jacklyn Smith, known to the world as Jacky Oh, a talented ‘Wild N Out’ family member whose impact will be forever treasured and missed,” the statement said. “Jacky Oh was a loving friend and beloved colleague of the ‘Wild N Out’ cast throughout five seasons.”

A cause of death was not disclosed. Sources told TMZ that the reality star died Wednesday in Miami, and was in town for a “mommy makeover,” which usually involves a few plastic surgery procedures at once. The Miami Herald was unable to verify this information on Friday.

Jacky Oh’s longtime partner and popular YouTuber D.C. Young Fly, 31, whose real name is John Whitfield, also released a statement via his rep to USA Today.

“We thank everyone for their well wishes and ask for privacy during this difficult time,” said Whitfield, who was reportedly home in Atlanta filming new WNO episodes when he found out.

Fans and friends offered their condolences — and shock — in the comments underneath the post.

Actor Don Benjamin wrote, “Heartbroken. Such an amazing soul. SMH.”

“I was hoping it wasn’t true,” added comedian Shuler King.

And Baller Wives’ Stacey Chambers didn’t post anything, just dropped a heartbreak emoji.
