Eddy County thanks law officers for DWI enforcement with December awards luncheon

The Eddy County DWI Program honored law officers on Dec. 20, 2022, during the DWI Law Enforcement Officer Tribute in Carlsbad.
Law officers from all corners of Eddy County were thanked with an awards presentation and luncheon on Dec. 20, 2022, in Carlsbad for efforts to curb and stop drunk driving in Eddy County during the DWI Law Enforcement Officer Tribute.
The awards ceremony started in 2008 and thanked officers making DWI enforcement a priority.
Julio Navar of the New Mexico State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement received an award for Excellent DWI Enforcement Officer from the Eddy County DWI Program.
