Eastern Randolph runs over Randleman; Southwestern Randolph wins
Na'Hiem Lilly ran 20 times for 174 yards and 4 touchdowns as undefeated Eastern Randolph rolled over Randleman 46-0 in PAC-7 action to close out the regular season.
The Wildcats, ranked No. 1 in the state in 1-A, completed their regular season 9-0 overall and 5-0 in the PAC-7.
Lilly scored on runs of 34, 2, 15, and 6 yards.
Quarterback Stratton Barwick was 7-of-11 for 184 yards and 2 touchdowns to Elias Alston. Those plays covered 30 and 52 yards. Alston caught 5 passes for 173 yards.
Ervvod Cassady ran 17 times for 38 yards and had one catch for 37 yards for the Tigers, who fell to 4-6.
Providence Grove zooms past Wheatmore
Quarterback Luke Thomas threw for 158 yards and 3 touchdowns while Chase Whitaker and Logan Fox each returned an interception for a touchdown as Providence Grove zoomed past Wheatmore 66-12 in a PAC-7 game.
The Patriots finished the regular season 8-2 overall and 4-1 in the PAC-7. They were second in the conference overall and secured the No. 1 playoff seed for 2-A.
Zander Cheek, Lemuel Coltrane and Zach Lohr each caught a touchdown pass.
Zane Cheek ran for 79 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
The Warriors' Dylan Weil caught 2 passes for 60 yards and a touchdown. Perry Welch added a touchdown run.
Wheatmore ended the season 3-6 overall and 0-5 in the PAC-7.
Southwestern Randolph sets mark
Southwestern Randolph overwhelmed Trinity 53-6 to set a school single-season record for wins.
The Cougars ended the regular season 8-2 overall and 3-2 in the PAC-7.
Trinity fell to 4-6 overall and 1-4 in the PAC-7.
