Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has great pregame warmup before preseason game

Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow went through a significant portion of his normal pregame warmup before Friday's preseason opener against the Green Bay Packers. Even though Burrow isn't expected to play, he provided the most encouraging update since he strained his calf during the first week of training camp.

Burrow went through his typical pregame progression of throws, going all the way up to slinging 50-yard deep balls down the field. Afterward, Burrow did sideline-to-sideline sprints and he wasn't wearing a brace over his left calf.

Since he injured his calf on August 27, Burrow has gone through his rehab out of the spotlight. His only time on the practice field since the injury was watching Wednesday's joint practice against the Packers. In the background, he has been working out and rehabbing.

Burrow's workout on Friday was his first one in front of the media, and he looked like he was getting ready to play in a game.
