Chipotle creates Rose Lavelle Bowl in honor of Cincinnati Native, USWNT star
Chipotle is partnering with a famous Cincinnati soccer player for its popular Bowls for Goals promotion.
The fast-casual restaurant chain recently named a new menu item after U.S. women's national team midfielder Rose Lavelle. The Rose Lavelle Bowl features grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, lettuce, guacamole and a side of chipotle-honey vinaigrette dressing.
You can order the limited-time menu item in the Chipotle app and on Chipotle.com.
Customers can also win free food when the USWNT scores during the 2023 World Cup. Anytime the team scores a go-ahead, tying or lead-extending goal, the USWNT Twitter account will post a unique code for a free entree.
The first 2,500 fans to text the code to 888222 will get a free entree, with a limit of one code per person. Standard text and data rates may apply.
The team's first matchup is against Vietnam at 9 p.m. ET. Friday. The USWNT also plays Netherlands at 9 p.m. July 26 and Portugal at 3 a.m. Aug. 1.
Lavelle is one of two Cincinnati natives on the USWNT, along with goalkeeper Aubrey Kingsberry.
