It’s never a surprise when an Ed Calo-coached team is among the area’s best, but undefeated regular seasons are rarely predictable.

Pickerington Central, which had been No. 1 the past three weeks, lost to Reynoldsburg 63-60 on the final night of OCC-Buckeye Division action Feb. 18 but still won the league title. The Tigers finish at No. 2.

Gahanna Lincoln beat Pickerington North 52-41 on Feb. 18 to win the OCC-Ohio, and those teams took the next two spots in the poll, followed by Dublin Jerome, the OCC-Cardinal champion.

Upper Arlington moves in at No. 6 after beating Hilliard Davidson 73-62 on Feb. 18 to win the OCC-Central.

Africentric, the City League champion and the No. 1 seed for the Division III district tournament, closes at No. 7.
