Canadian TV host Sangita Patel nails 'crazy' workout routine: 'Wonder Woman'
Sangita Patel is back with another fitness challenge.
On Tuesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to show fans her impressive exercise routine complete with kettlebells, weight plates, medicine balls and more.
In the video, the "Entertainment Tonight Canada" host showed off her toned physique in a neon yellow sports bra and matching workout shorts. She filmed herself on an outdoor patio while effortlessly squatting and lifting weights into the air.
"It's Fitness Tuesday! Let’s do abs! While planks are amazing here are some exercises that will test your core while getting in a full body workout. So yeah I kept this set and you can get the look too with Walmart Canada — I love the neon yellow! The sweat! Add one of these exercises to your next workout! Enjoy!" she wrote in the caption.
Fans obsessed over Patel's strength and gushed over the "Home to Win" host's "inspiring" and "legit" fitness regimen.
"Jeez, woman! This is legit! Girl boss alert!" raved a follower.
"What?! This is crazy! You go girl!" said another.
"Oh my gosh! I showed this to my 13-year-old and she yelled, 'slay!'" commented a fan.
"Wonder woman! You are amazing and you're so fit! It's truly so inspiring to see you getting out and working out like it's nobody's business!" wrote another.
"You are on fire! I love your motivation and consistency. You're such an inspiration to women everywhere," shared someone else.
Last week, the CoverGirl ambassador teamed up with Walmart Canada to model the brand's new summer activewear line, which she announced on Instagram.
"Stay motivated, stay consistent. Get the look with new summer activewear at Walmart Canada. The colours, the fit, the fun, the price point! I kept every single item," wrote Patel. "Honestly it’s amazing to be able to champion health and fitness especially for moms and women over 40…live your best, in style."
