Her pursuit of growth led her to earn an MBA from Baker University in 2013, where she graduated as the representative of her class cohort. From her role as the former assistant state treasurer of Kansas, Goetz brings valuable strategic leadership skills, campaign management expertise and a deep understanding of government operations. Revelle, an accomplished marketing professional, adds a wealth of experience in business management and community engagement. Revelle earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Baker University. Revelle's entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish Boutique Shel, an online clothing boutique that offers affordable, stylish and quality clothing.

Stormont Vail Health has named Page Bachman, JD, as the new senior vice president and chief experience officer for the regional health care system consisting of two hospitals in Topeka and Junction City and multiple primary and specialty care clinics across eastern Kansas. Bachman will begin his new duties Oct. 1. Bachman has more than 25 years of strategic experience as a health care executive leading human resources functions, such as talent acquisition, performance management and organizational development, total rewards and employee/physician relations. He also has been a leader for strategic planning, in-house child care programs, communication, and hospital support areas. Bachman is a system executive director with the City of Hope and The Translational Genomics Institute, a leading genomic research institute. He has been responsible for human resources initiatives across all research subsidiaries within the City of Hope, including TGen based in Phoenix and the Beckman Research Institute in Los Angeles. He previously was senior vice president of human resources for Phoenix Children’s and vice president of human resources for Ascension Health for the Kansas/Oklahoma region. “I look forward to being a part of Stormont Vail Health. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and energetic team and organization that is making a difference in the health care needs of Kansans,” Bachman said. He received his bachelor degree in economics from Syracuse University, Syracuse, N.Y., and a juris doctorate from the New England School of Law, Boston.

The Jayhawk Area Council’s Top 20 Under 40 steering committee members surprised 20 individuals revealing they had been selected as a 2023 Topeka’s 20 Under 40 Honoree. Each spring a call for nominations goes out to the great Topeka community for candidates who’ve shown leadership and community involvement. Once the nomination period has closed, all nominees receive an invitation to apply. Annually, the 20 honorees are selected from well over 100 unique nominations. “It was a privilege to lead the selection process for Topeka’s Top 20 under 40. The caliber of applications this year was extraordinary, and all on the committee were challenged to narrow down the final 20. This group represents the bright future of Topeka with leadership, passion and generosity” said Angel Romero, vice president of resource development at United Way of Kaw Valley. Romero served as the 2023 selection committee chair. The following list of 2023 honorees will be recognized at a Nov. 9 banquet at Townsite Avenue Ballroom:
