Bronx Roads Flood After Heavy Rain in New York City

Heavy thunderstorms caused flooding on roads in the Bronx and upper Manhattan in New York on Monday, July 18.

A flash flood warning was in effect until 6 pm on Monday night for the Bronx and regions north of NYC, according to the National Weather Service. Residents were advised to avoid walking or driving through flood water.
