Below Deck Mediterranean Alum June Foster Is Engaged! See Her Gorgeous Diamond Ring
Wedding bells are ringing for June Foster! The Below Deck Mediterranean alum is engaged to Mackenzie Bettle, she recently revealed in a sweet Instagram post.
On May 10, June took to the social media platform to share the exciting news. “I never want to stop making memories with you, but this day will always be my favorite,” she captioned a series of beautiful photos and videos of the occasion.
In the first snap, June and her beau pose on a boat in the water in Positano, Italy, smiling as the bride-to-be shows off her ring. June, in a long-sleeved maxi dress with a beige sea-life print, shows her square-cut diamond sparkler (and gorgeous white nails) in a subsequent video in the series, kissing her fiancé in the final shot.
Several yachties were quick to share their excitement about the happy news, with Below Deck Down Under’s Aesha Scott writing, “Congrats you beauty!!!!”
Another Below Deck Mediterranean alum, Julia D’Albert Pusey, also said “Congratulations,” adding a heart emoji for an extra dose of sweetness.
In addition to becoming engaged, June has been up to a lot these days after leaving the Below Deck Med crew back in 2019.
Shortly after her departure, June published her first novel, The Girl and the Golden Leaf, which tells the story of 16-year-old Tia and her twin brother, Finn, who are left orphaned and impoverished after the recent deaths of their parents. The twins’ luck seems to turn when a Hollywood producer offers them roles in his film. The story, however, ultimately questions if Tia’s faith will “be enough to survive the darkest pits of humanity.”
So This Is What June Foster Has Been up to Since Leaving Below Deck Med
June continued her writing ventures with a children’s book, Lulu and Malek Sail Off to Sea!, co-written with nonprofit founder Rob Scheer and illustrated by Gill Guile.
The book, which was published in the fall of 2022, partnered with Scheer’s organization, Comfort Cases, donating one book to the charity when one is purchased.
In addition to her books, June also created a business that sells shirts, hats, sports bras, and even fanny packs with “yachtie,” “yachtie vibes,” and “nauti yachti” for a lifestyle company called YachtInspired.
An array of items are available on the company’s site, including hoodies, tank tops, towels, mugs, stuffed animals, and more, all designed with slogans related to nautical life.
