Alabama football offers three-star Crest 2024 wide receiver Javarius Green
Crest football standout Javarius Green’s stock continues to rise in recruiting circles.
Nick Saban and the University of Alabama are the latest to the pursuit of Green, the Chargers’ wideout announced Thursday in a Twitter post.

The Crimson Tide join a who’s who of college football powerhouses in pursuit of Green. On May 13, he trimmed the list of almost two dozen schools to seven, including Maryland, Michigan State, NC State, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Virginia and Virginia Tech.
His recruitment surged following a junior season in which he caught 61 passes for 1,267 yards and 18 touchdowns. In addition, Green rushed for a touchdown and returned punts for three more.

Green’s first catch of the 2023 season will be the 100th of his career.
A 5-foot-11, 190-pound wideout, he is currently rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports. A two-sport standout, he was voted an all-conference performer this spring as part of the Crest baseball team.
