25 restaurants to visit for a late night bite in Asheville

ASHEVILLE - The window for a traditional dinner has closed and the late-night cravings have begun. It’s nothing a whopping smash burger or basket of wings won’t cure.

Night owls, flock to these local and regional restaurants that are open after 10 p.m. if seeking something different from Waffle House and wanting to avoid the line at Cook Out.

1. Barley’s Taproom and Pizzeria

Share a pizza and play a round of pool while you’re there, the last seating for the downstairs dining room is 30 minutes before close, and the restaurant closes at 11 p.m. Thursday-Friday ― don’t miss out on the bar and game room upstairs.
