There are 10 rookie NFL quarterbacks in 2021. Here's who played and how they did in Week 11

Ten quarterbacks were taken in the 2021 NFL Draft.

Five were first rounders.

Four of those five first rounders saw action in Week 11 Sunday. Justin Fields left the Bears game against the Ravens with a rib injury.

Kyle Trask, Kellen Mond and Ian Book are the only three rookies to not see action this year.

Here's a look at the 10 rookie QBs and how the ones who played fared.

Jets a mess: Analysis: Joe Flacco and the Jets can't overcome killer mistakes in sloppy Dolphins loss

Packers surprised: Packers keep battling back but can't overcome costly mistakes in 34-31 loss to Vikings

Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars

Clemson | Round 1, Pick 1

Lawrence and the Jaguars offense struggled to get anything accomplished against a stout 49ers defense in a 30-10 loss.

Lawrence finished the day 16-for-25 for 158 yards and was sacked three times.

The Jaguars finished with 200 yards of offense on 44 plays, tied for the fifth fewest in franchise history. They didn't score a touchdown until there was only 3:04 remaining in the game.

Still, Lawrence's head coach Urban Meyer offered words of encouragement about his future.

"You get your (butt) kicked and there's going to be a day where we don't get our (butt) kicked here," Meyer said. "That's coming, and I know that guy's going to be part of it."

Zach Wilson, New York Jets

BYU | Round 1, Pick 2

Wilson continued to sit while nursing a knee injury.

Joe Flacco started in his place, throwing for 291 yards and two touchdown in a 24-17 loss to the Miami Dolphins.

The Jets play at the Houston Texans this Sunday. It is possible Wilson may return for this game.

Trey Lance, San Francisco 49ers

NDSU | Round 1, Pick 3

Lance was called in for mop-up duty in the 49ers' 30-10 win over Jacksonville.

He entered the game on San Francisco's final drive, handing off twice before running for 7 yards, then taking two knees.

Starter Jimmy Garoppolo continues to play well, throwing for 176 yards and two touchdowns.

Justin Fields, Chicago Bears

Ohio State | Round 1, Pick 11

Fields left the game against the Ravens in the third quarter with injured ribs after having a tough outing. He was just 4-for-11 for 79 yards with 23 yards rushing on four attempts.

Andy Dalton came in and played well, throwing for 201 yards and two touchdowns, but the Bears lost 16-13.

After the game, Bears coach Matt Nagy had no update on the extent of Fields' injury or his potential status for the game at Detroit on Thursday.

Mac Jones, New England Patriots

Alabama | Round 1, Pick 15

Jones wasn't sharp, but the way the Patriots' defense played, he didn't need to be as New England won its fifth straight and is now in first place in the AFC East Division by half a game over the Buffalo Bills.

Kyle Van Noy returned an interception for a touchdown, one of two INTs the Patriots had, while the defense also sacked Matt Ryan four times in a 25-0 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Jones was 22-for-26 for 207 yards, a touchdown and an interception. His QBR was a scant 37.0, his third worst this season.

Kyle Trask, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Florida | Round 2, Pick 64

The Buccaneers play the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. Trask is listed as third on the depth chart and is unlikely to make his NFL debut.

Kellen Mond, Minnesota Vikings

Texas A&M | Round 3, Pick 66

Mond did not play in the Vikings' 34-31 victory over the Green Bay Packers.

Mond has yet to make his NFL debut.

Davis Mills, Houston Texans

Stanford | Round 3, Pick 67

Mills did not play and Houston starter Tyrod Taylor led the Texans to a 22-13 upset of the Tennessee Titans.

Ian Book, New Orleans Saints

Notre Dame | Round 4, Pick 133

Book did not play in the Saints' 40-29 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He has yet to make his NFL debut.

Sam Ehlinger, Indianapolis Colts

Texas | Round 6, Pick 218

Ehlinger saw action for the second time this season, coming in to relieve Carson Wentz in the Colts' 41-15 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Ehlinger had previously been in on one play earlier this season, a one-yard run.

On Sunday, he entered with 4:27 to play in the game. He led seven plays, didn't attempt a pass, handed off six times and ran once for 9 yards, a career long. He now has two rushing attempts for 10 yards in his young career.
